To insure a safe experience for all, Franciscan Sisters of Christian Charity are annually inspected prior to Camp Franciscan at our Motherhouse in Manitowoc, WI. Jessica Wanserski R.S., M.S., Environmental Health Manager at Manitowoc County Health Department, makes the on-site visit.
Kitchen preparation and housing are two big areas surveyed for quality hospitality. Our health clinic personnel also collect camper medical forms. They are available on opening day and throughout the days to assist campers who are on medication and/or have dietary needs.
As we anticipate Camp Franciscan June 15-17, we thank God for all the people who are helping us make this coming event the best camp ever.
