In the month of October Franciscan Sisters of Christian Charity unite with families in praying the rosary and encouraging a greater awareness for respect for life in all its stages. In Manitowoc, our Sisters support 40 Days for Life. Sister Angela Paul serves as our Community coordinator. 
What does this mean? From September 28 – November 6, we join with a record number of people across all 50 US states and 23 nations for the largest pro-life mobilization in history. The mission is”to bring together the body of Christ in a spirit of unity through prayer, fasting, and peaceful activism.” The purpose is “to turn hearts and minds from a culture of death to a culture of life, thus bringing an end to abortion.”
