Thank you, Sr. Cecilia Joy for interviewing Fr. Sean Dooley a native from our family home parish of St. Nicholas also. Congratulations to you, Fr. Sean on moving to Columbus, Our Lady of Peace as Pastor & Spiritual leader. As you know our families were friends with the Hildebrand & Dooley clans for several generations. The Lord weaved them in & out of our lives in school, church & community functions. Your great Aunt Sr. Frances Joseph, then, “Martha,” was our secretary at Rosecrans & then a few years later I encountered her in our Holy Family College Business Office. She was a super secretary & mentor over these many years. About 20 years later I was missioned to St. Benedict’s in Cambridge, OH as Principal & WHO was there but your other GREAT Aunt, Sr. Francis Aloysius. She taught at GCC High School. One trivia you may not know is your cousin, Paula Hildebrand, was in my grade & we were friends & talked about going to the Convent together, but she died of a burst appendix our Freshman year at Rosecrans. Religious & Family have played an essential role in both of our lives. Keep up your priestly influence in garnering & nurturing vocations. Thank YOU!
