Franciscan Sister Mary Ann Spanjers shares about a recent Camp Franciscan Fundraiser at San Xavier Mission, Tucson, AZ.
Franciscan Sisters and young women hosted a Sunday morning bake sale at San Xavier Mission, Tucson, AZ. This event was to raise monies to cover travel expenses for Camp Franciscan 2016. This June opportunity happens at our Franciscan Sisters of Christian Charity Motherhouse, Manitowoc, WI. 
Not only did the sun shine brightly, but tables were set up right by the entrance of the mission. This made us very visible to the crowds of people who come to this historic landmark on a weekend. 
Future campers not only assisted with the fundraiser, but their smiles also assisted in reaching the goal for the transportation costs. Young women attending the camp from this area include students from San Miguel High School and area universities.
