Since 2003, in collaboration with Franciscan Pilgrimage Programs, Franklin, WI, Franciscan Sisters of Christian Charity through the leadership of Franciscan Sisters of Christian Charity HealthCare Ministry Inc. has taken select leaders and associates on pilgrimages to Assisi and Rome. Today, September 11, 2011, another group of pilgrims began this awesome, life-changing experience.
Franciscan Sisters of Christian Charity through the leadership of Franciscan Sisters of Christian Charity Healthcare Ministry Inc. are leading a pilgrimage to Assisi and Rome for selected leaders in their sponsored ministries.
In an effort to rekindle the spirit of the pilgrimage, and to keep the core of our Franciscan mission ever-present, our health system offers online pilgrimage reflections. These short reflections are meant to be reminders of the places pilgrims visit in Assisi and Rome, and hopefully inspire readers to take a few minutes for quiet reflection on how Saint Francis’ experiences and teachings continue to guide our service to others and our personal lives.
