Here’s something quite remarkable! Recently, 7 Manitowoc, WI, Franciscan partners including Franciscan Sisters of Christian Charity, Holy Family Memorial, Silver Lake College of the Holy Family, St. Francis of Assisi Parish, Felician Village, Franciscan Sisters of Christian Charity Sponsored Ministries, Inc., and Roncalli High School offered a joint Franciscan Spirituality employee in-service. There can never be too much Franciscan presence in any one place.
Father André Cirino, OFM was guest presenter for the hour-long morning or evening session held at Roncalli High School.
- All participants were encouraged to look for the ‘Bonum’, the name the true believer gives to God.
- We are all to be conduits of good.
- Franciscans look to Christ the Child as the center of Incarnational Theology.
- Getting closer to the Trinity, Father, Son and Holy Spirit, is done by doing good.
- Wherever we recognize good, God is present.
