4 sweet potatoes or yams, cooked, drained and peeled
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 salt
Dash ground cinnamon
1/3 cup light cream or milk
Topping
1/3 cup light brown sugar
2 cups of cornflakes
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup melted butter
Mash potatoes; stir in butter, brown sugar, salt and cinnamon. Add cream, beating till fluffy. Turn into a shallow one and a half-quart casserole. In a separate bowl, combine topping ingredients. Sprinkle topping evenly and bake in a 325 degrees oven for 30 minutes or until topping is brown. (Makes 8 servings)
