Franciscan Sisters of Christian Charity feature an encouraging homily on the theme of the Good Shepherd from Fr. Thomas Long, pastor of St. Raphael Parish, Oshkosh, Wisconsin, in the Diocese of Green Bay. The Good Shepherd is ever a classic image of the care and call of Christ. Find practical tips for discerning any of the vocations.

Fr. Tom comments on his pastoral assistant, Fr. Kevin Ripley, who will be serving soon in the Diocese of Green Bay Vocation Office as the Director of the Kairos year . The Kairos Year is a yearlong formation opportunity dedicated to helping men who feel called and have a desire to serve Jesus Christ as a priest begin their formation to the priesthood.

We pray for good and holy priests. We pray for good and holy families. We pray for the prayerful, generous, young women God is calling as Franciscan Sisters of Christian Charity. God calls. We invite.
