At the end of September for the Feast of the Archangels Gabriel, Michael and Raphael and looking to the Feast of the Guardian Angels, Franciscan Sisters of Christian Charity hope to share the beauty of inspiring angel images from a number of Catholic parishes in the Diocese of Madison. Why the Madison area? Because St. Raphael was the original Catholic parish in Madison, designated the Cathedral when Madison was made a diocese in 1946. This area is part of our history, too. Our first mission was in Potosi, Wisconsin.
