Sister JulieAnn Sheahan

October 25, 2023

During this month of October, Franciscan Sister of Christian Charity Sr Pam Biehl interviews Sisters of St Francis of Assisi Sr Diana DeBruin about her pilgrimage experiences. Learn more of their congregations at https://www.lakeosfs.org/ https://fscc-calledtobe.org

“A pilgrimage takes a person deeper in his or her faith…time for daily reflection and Mass. “

St. Francis walked from Italy to Spain on the famous Camino de Santiago pilgrimage route. Consider Franciscan Pilgrimage Programs, Franklin, Wisconsin. Or you may enjoy a simpler pilgrimage to churches near you either on foot or by car. The possibilities are many and an appreciation for beauty is a given. The world needs your prayer.

S. Diana Debruin is exceptional at relaying her experiences of pilgrimage. Jesus’ mission was to help bring about the Kingdom of God on earth, so that has always been my mission too! She was inspirational in having us reflect how that happens in our lives, as well as in her own life!
