Franciscan Sister of Christian Charity Sister Florita Schneider reflects on her call to be a Franciscan Sister and a ministry in healthcare that served others. Her home was in the area of Wisconsin near the Shrine of Our Lady of Champion. As a young Sister, she was sent to school at Marquette University, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to be a dentist. It was a healthcare need at the time. “One of the blessings was the one on one with Sisters. The Sisters were delightful!”
