What would spring break be without a visit from young people from Northern Michigan University. They not only stopped in to see us, but enjoyed some conversation with Franciscan Friars of the Assumption of the BVM Province that serve us as chaplains. Click here to read more. This week is our week to volunteer at Hope House, a homeless shelter in Manitowoc, WI. It is a good opportunity to see the goodness of people who are challenged by life’s situations, but still actively choose to gain skills in the job force and in family living.
